Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in retail sales or cashier role preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs occasionally
- Ability to work extended periods standing or walking
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short durations
- Commitment to adhering to company policies and maintaining confidentiality
- Willingness to foster an inclusive and respectful environment
Job Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs occasionally
- Capacity to stand or walk for extended periods up to 4 hours
- Ability to perform repetitive motions continuously for short periods up to 2 hours
Job Duties
- Greet customers and proactively understand their needs to support their shopping experience
- Process customer sales transactions and returns according to established procedures
- Promote company programs including customer loyalty, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment
- Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and operational policies
- Maintain confidentiality of company information
- Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and respected
- Support the team by assisting with tasks across the store
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management
