Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds regularly
- Competence in using hands and arms to handle tasks
- Ability to read and understand simple instructions in English
- Effective communication skills in English
- Willingness to participate in and complete training sessions
- Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching occasionally
- Capability to work in environments with occasional wet, humid conditions, or exposure to mechanical parts and chemicals
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and comprehend simple English instructions
- Ability to write simple correspondence in English
- Basic mathematical skills including adding and subtracting two-digit numbers
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to follow instructions and solve problems
- Successful completion of company training programs including new hire orientation, customer service network, safety, bagger technical skills, and product knowledge
Job Duties
