Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age
- complete company training including new hire orientation, customer service network, safety, bagger technical skills, and product knowledge
- ability to stand and walk regularly
- ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- ability to reach with hands and arms
- ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch occasionally
- able to understand and follow instructions in English
- able to work safely around mechanical parts and occasionally in wet and/or humid conditions
- able to handle exposure to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and extreme cold
- ability to function in a moderate noise environment
Job Qualifications
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
- ability to add and subtract two digit numbers
- ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
Job Duties
- take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations
