Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years
- ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 40 pounds
- ability to read and comprehend English instructions
- willingness to participate in and successfully complete company training
- ability to communicate effectively
- physical capability to handle the job's demands
- no restrictions that prevent performing essential functions
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- ability to add and subtract two digit numbers
- ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed oral or written instructions

Job Duties
- Take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs
- exceed customer expectations to ensure a pleasant and satisfying shopping experience
- follow correct bagging procedures
- provide carryout and parcel pickup service
- load merchandise into customer vehicles
- return shopping carts to the store
- participate in required training to improve customer satisfaction and sales
