Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- complete company’s training including new hire orientation, customer service network, safety, bagger technical skills, and product knowledge
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- ability to reach from 6 to 72 inches
- ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch occasionally
- ability to read, write, and comprehend simple English instructions
- willingness to work effectively in a team environment
- ability to follow safety and operational procedures
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to participate in and successfully complete required training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- basic math skills including addition and subtraction of two-digit numbers
