Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- ability to stand, walk, use hands and arms, talk, hear, and smell regularly
- ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- ability to regularly lift and move up to 40 pounds
- ability to reach from 6 to 72 inches
- ability to read and comprehend simple English instructions
- ability to write simple correspondence
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- ability to add and subtract two digit numbers
- willingness to participate in training including safety, customer service, bagger technical skills, and product knowledge
- willingness to work in an environment occasionally exposed to wet or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic chemicals, extreme cold
- ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily

Job Duties
- Take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations
- follow correct bagging procedures
- provide carryout and parcel pickup service
- load merchandise into customer vehicles
- return shopping carts into the store
- participate in training programs
- maintain communication and cooperation with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales
