Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, hear, and smell regularly
- Ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds regularly
- Ability to understand and follow detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Completion of all company training programs including orientation, customer service, safety, bagger technical skills, and product knowledge
- Ability to work in environments with moderate noise, occasional exposure to wet or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic chemicals, and extreme cold

Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- Ability to write simple correspondence in English
- Ability to present information effectively to individuals who only speak English
- Basic mathematical skills including adding and subtracting two-digit numbers
- Willingness to participate in and complete required training
- Ability to work as part of a team
Job Duties
- Take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations
- Follow correct bagging procedures to ensure items are properly packaged
- Provide carryout and parcel pickup service to assist customers with their purchases
- Load merchandise into customer vehicles safely and efficiently
- Return shopping carts to the store to maintain a safe and orderly environment
- Participate in required training including safety and product knowledge
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
