The primary responsibility is to take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding their expectations at every visit. Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age
- ability to perform essential physical functions including lifting up to 40 pounds
- ability to stand, walk, reach, and use hands effectively
- ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions
- completion of company training programs
- ability to work in conditions occasionally exposed to wet, humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and extreme cold
Job Qualifications
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to participate in training
- basic mathematical skills to add and subtract two digit numbers
