Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous home care experience of 1+ years
  • Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
  • Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
  • Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner
  • Outstanding communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Driver license
  • Physical endurance to complete required tasks
  • Must be able to work in the USA
  • Must be very reliable
  • Must be willing to work part-time

Job Qualifications

  • Previous home care experience of 2 years
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethics
  • Ability to follow care plans accurately
  • Compassionate and respectful with good bedside manner
  • Good time management and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver license

Job Duties

  • Medication reminders
  • Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside such as doctor’s appointments and walks
  • Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
  • Help clients complete physical therapy and other recommended exercises
  • Do the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop if needed
  • Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own including preparing meals
  • Report any unusual incidents to our Care Coordinator
  • Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
  • Follow the Care plan
