Job Requirements
- Previous home care experience of 1+ years
- willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
- must be respectful and compassionate with good bedside manner
- outstanding communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
- physical endurance to complete required tasks
- must be able to work in the USA
- must be very reliable
- must be willing to work part-time
- driver’s license
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years caregiving experience
- knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
- driver’s license
- ability to communicate effectively
- strong interpersonal skills
- positive and compassionate attitude
Job Duties
- Provide medication reminders
- assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside including doctor’s appointments and walks
- assist clients with personal care and hygiene
- help clients complete physical therapy and other recommended exercises
- perform shopping or accompany clients while shopping
- perform light housekeeping duties including meal preparation
- report any unusual incidents to the Care Coordinator
- act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
- follow the care plan
