Job Requirements
- Previous home care experience of 1+ years
- willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
- knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
- must be respectful and compassionate
- outstanding communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
- valid driver's license
- physical endurance to complete required tasks
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must be able to work in the USA
- must be very reliable
- must be willing to work part-time
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous home care experience of 2 years
- outstanding communication skills
- excellent time management skills
- compassionate attitude and excellent bedside manner
- valid driver's license
- ability to follow care plans
Job Duties
- Provide medication reminders
- assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside including doctor's appointments and walks
- assist clients with personal care and hygiene
- help clients complete physical therapy and other recommended exercises
- perform shopping or accompany clients during shopping trips
- perform light housekeeping duties including meal preparation
- report any unusual incidents to Care Coordinator
- act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
- follow the care plan
