- Exceptional customer service skills

Job Duties
- Executing security services for a cannabis dispensary
- Identifying and reporting security threats, unsafe conditions, hazards, and emergency situations
- Writing detailed incident reports during the shift, including noting unusual activities and resolutions
- Contacting appropriate individuals such as site supervisors and field management according to post orders or as needed
- Conducting routine patrols and monitoring access control to maintain site integrity
- Providing customer service and front desk reception
- Maintaining professionalism and vigilance as a visible security presence
