Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Must be punctual and reliable with good attendance
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and shift priorities
- Must comply with food safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months related experience or training
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple English instructions
- Basic math skills including addition and subtraction with money and weight units
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to complete company training programs
- Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities
Job Duties
- Take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations
- Prepare, process, package, and stock fresh food products according to standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to requests
- Prepare and decorate bakery items and create party trays
- Bake, fry, broil, and roast meats according to standards
- Operate equipment to prepare and portion products
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and store environment
- Unload stock, handle salvage products, and restock shelves
- Follow safety regulations and company policies
- Communicate effectively with customers and fellow associates
