Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds regularly
- Willingness to participate in required training
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Dependability and punctuality with a reliable attendance record
- Ability to comply with food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to adapt to changing work situations and multitask effectively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- One to three months of related experience or training preferred
- Ability to read and comprehend English instructions and communicate effectively
- Basic math skills including addition and subtraction
- Ability to follow detailed but routine instructions
- Completion of company training programs including food safety and customer service
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations
- Prepare, process, package, and stock fresh food products according to company standards
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service including answering questions and fulfilling requests
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment in compliance with health regulations
- Unload stock deliveries, check in products, and properly store items to ensure product quality
- Follow all food safety, handling, and sanitation policies
- Assist fellow associates with daily tasks and contribute to team goals
