Job Requirements

Associate must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks regularly
Able to lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
Must be punctual and reliable
Ability to speak and write English effectively
Willing to follow company policies and procedures
Capable of working part-time hours as scheduled
Must complete company training programs

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
One to three months related experience or training
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
Basic mathematical skills including addition and subtraction
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to follow detailed but simple instructions
Willingness to complete all required company training including food safety
Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
Strong customer service orientation and team player mindset

Job Duties

Take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations
Prepare, process, package, and stock products according to fresh foods standards
Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and fulfilling requests
Maintain store cleanliness including prep areas, coolers, floors, and workstations
Operate equipment to prepare, portion, and package fresh food products
Assist with stocking, merchandising displays, and unloading deliveries
Comply with food safety, sanitation, and company policies
Communicate effectively in English with customers and associates
Follow all safety regulations and report hazards
Collaborate with fellow associates to complete daily tasks and support the team
