Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must be punctual and reliable with consistent attendance
- Willingness to adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing
- Completion of required company training courses
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must demonstrate strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One to three months related experience or training preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- Knowledge of basic mathematical operations including addition and subtraction
- Capability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Completion of company-required training programs including food safety and customer service
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods

- Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to changing business needs
Job Duties
- Take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding their expectations
- Prepare, process, package, and stock products according to Fresh Foods standards
- Provide exceptional customer service through friendly, genuine, and enthusiastic interactions
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, prep rooms, and store environment
- Unload stock and reload salvage products as per company guidelines
- Prepare and decorate baked goods and create party trays to customer specifications
- Operate necessary equipment to prepare and portion food products
- Communicate effectively with customers and associates regarding product information and promotions
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies
- Assist in daily tasks including inventory, restocking, and merchandising displays
- Report accidents and safety hazards promptly
- Work collaboratively with team members to support store operations
- Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently
