Job Qualifications

ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor
experience in customer service is beneficial

Job Duties

Prepare all fudge products and sell to customers
perform all Ginna's restaurant functions including deli line, barista, grill, ice cream, baked goods, and other duties as assigned
follow all food safety guidelines by state and local ordinances
ensure all products are received and stored according to Standard Operating Guidelines
assist in training new associates using kitchen tools and mentor checklists
ensure cash control and till management as per Scheels Cashier Guidelines
manage and support side work, daily cleaning schedules, opening and closing procedures
maintain working knowledge of café recipes and prepared foods
maintain a clean and orderly personal workspace and surrounding areas
be professional in appearance and attitude, contribute to a positive team atmosphere
communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
perform basic math and money operations accurately
read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
write routine reports and correspondence
work assigned schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
prepare many types of food, drinks, and ingredients
