Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work part time
- Comfort with outdoor work environments
- Strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Deliver a consistently high level of guest service and maintain a safe environment
- Keep bar area clean according to food safety guidelines and local health department requirements
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer and reconcile any discrepancies
- Mix drinks based on serving sizes outlined in standard operating procedures to minimize costs
- Fulfill special requests involving specialty cocktails, dietary restrictions, or special occasions
- Report and work to correct imperfections and blemishes in the hotel
- Communicate with other departments to ensure alignment and seamless service
