Job Duties
- Continually bus tables throughout shift
- reset tables within three minutes of guest's departure
- maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area throughout shift, keeping all floors free of food, trash, or other obstacles
- clean all spills immediately, use floor signs to caution guests and staff
- keep the booster seats and high chairs clean--alert Manager on Duty about any highchair safety issues
- handle side duties to support bartender including stocking ice bins, liquor, beer, wine, and coolers which may require lifting/moving up to 50lbs
- perform opening/running/closing side duties according to Ryman/OEG policy
- dispose of trash and recyclable products in proper receptacles
- ensure trash receptacles are clean, lined, and odor-free
- maintain Ryman/OEG safety and sanitation standards
- par all ice bins to the fullest levels at all times
- par all bars per venue specification
- attend pre-shift meeting conducted by Manager on Duty prior to start of each shift
- perform other duties as assigned
