Job Requirements

Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands
Must be able to work on feet for at least 8 hours
Fast paced movements required to move around the club
Must be able to move, pull, carry, or lift at least 40 pounds
Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required

Job Qualifications

1+ years of experience in similar role
Flexible schedule and open to working weekends/holidays when needed
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Detail oriented and able to multitask in demanding fast-paced environments
Basic verbal communication skills

Job Duties

Detail all tables before service begins, ensure place settings are neat and organized and candles are on the tables
Ensure appropriate table setting and china is used for various services throughout the day
Stock all stations upon arrival and maintain throughout service
Maintain section and ensure bread and water delivery upon guests' arrival while assisting other sections
Clear tables plates, silver glassware between each course and wipe down and re-set table
Polish silverware and pot wash according to local standards
Complete side work before and after service
Make sure the cabinet and shelf in the bar area are full before service
Remove all dirty linen from station and empty and clean trash
