Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a busser in high paced, upscale restaurants
- 2-3 days of availability plus weekend availability
- Team player
- Have working knowledge of the predominant language(s) of our guests
- Be able to lift, reach, bend and stop
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time

Job Duties
- Promptly clean, reset and arrange table tops, chairs and booths between seatings
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant
- Take soiled tableware to dish room and unload/sort silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in designated areas
- Proactively pre-buss during peak hours
- Assist servers with food delivery as needed
- Maintain constant communication with servers and hosts to ensure efficient seating, table utilization and customer service
