Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 0-1 years of related work experience
- ability to read and comprehend instructions
- ability to write information and complete simple forms
- basic skills in spelling, grammar, basic composition and math
- analytical skills with knowledge of information systems and Microsoft software
- physical ability to move and set up audiovisual equipment, tables and chairs
- ability to operate computer hardware and audiovisual systems

- analytical skills with knowledge of information systems and proficiency in Microsoft operating systems, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook/email and internet applications
- capable of performing light physical duties
- capable of operating computer hardware and audiovisual systems
Job Duties
- Opening, closing and securing all facilities used by education customers
- set up classroom(s) as required including adding, removing and arranging furniture
- issue learning aids and inspect equipment for serviceability before and after use
- monitor proper use and safeguarding of school and education property and equipment
- report abuse, damage and malfunctions to education center personnel
- maintain facility and property management during each session
- ensure compliance with all safety, fire, and security rules and regulations
- monitor building and grounds for security
- notify Security Police and/or Fire Department of violations or discrepancies
- notify Civil Engineering when emergency work orders are needed
- direct students and faculty members to assigned classrooms
- monitor hallways, break areas, off-site classrooms, and surrounding grounds to minimize any potential disruptions to academic activities
