Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or an equivalent degree
  • Having 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel, service or specialty store environment
  • Prior experience with computerized POS system is preferred
  • Ability to stand, walk and sit for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to use computer and electronic devices for long periods
  • Must adhere to dress code and company policies

Job Duties

  • Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm over the phone and in person
  • Use all systems to manage the customer flow to deliver 5-star customer experience
  • Provide exceptional service to multiple customers at one time and proactively address customer concerns
  • Prepare for customer appointments by reviewing profiles and setting fitting rooms
  • Build relationships by understanding customer expectations and needs
  • Strive to identify the perfect gown/dress in the customer’s first three try-ons
  • Review Timeline Calendar and set future appointments aligning to customer needs
  • Communicate alteration services and promote personalization options
  • Ensure proper measurements are taken and entered for ordering dresses
  • Maintain store standards to support a flawless shopping experience
  • Perform cash wrap behaviors and process transactions accurately
  • Achieve sales productivity standards and conversion goals
  • Set comeback appointments for wedding party members
  • Execute merchandising, promotional setups, markdowns, and inventory counts
  • Follow all loss prevention, security processes and policies
  • Complete assigned training and build product knowledge continuously
  • Support store team to achieve sales, service and operational goals
  • Accurately clock in and out for scheduled shifts, breaks and meals
