Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service setting is a plus but not required
- friendly, reliable, and team-oriented with strong communication skills
- ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- comfortable using a Point of Sale (POS) system with training available
- able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
- availability to work weekends, early mornings, or evening shifts
- English proficiency spoken and written to support guests and follow instructions

Job Duties
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
- take orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- serve food and beverages according to Hilton and Marcus standards
- anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
- maintain clean, organized tables and dining areas
- communicate with team members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- resolve guest concerns when possible or escalate to supervisors as needed
- support restaurant cleanliness and assist with restocking as needed
