Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to handle food safely

Job Duties
- Prepare, set up, stock, take down, clean and provide quality beverages and food products, adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
- prepare all food items in an efficient and timely manner adhering to proper food handling techniques
- follow recipes to control production and maintain consistency and freshness
- ensure efficient flow of food dishes with an emphasis on portion control, quality, presentation and temperature control
- break down and store all leftover
- clean as you go and follow proper daily sanitation checklists
- maintain all perishables at the proper temperature
