Job Duties
- Maintain the entire breakfast spread including replenishing food items as needed
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of hotel china, silverware, and cookware
- Interact with guests to provide friendly and efficient service
- Handle physical tasks including lifting, pulling, and pushing moderate weights
- Monitor food quality and presentation throughout service hours
- Assist in setting up and breaking down breakfast area
- Comply with all health and safety regulations during food service
