Job Requirements
- minimum age of 18 years old
- authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- ability to pass background check and drug screening
- willingness to work the assigned shifts including weekends and holidays
- physical capability to perform job duties safely and efficiently
- reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications
- previous food service experience preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
- customer-focused attitude
- basic knowledge of food safety and handling
- comfortable with lifting and standing for extended periods
- ability to follow instructions and work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- take orders and serve food to residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner
- set up the dining room and designated areas in the kitchen in anticipation of meals
- clear tables and meet diners' needs
- handle food safely and in compliance with health standards
- deliver food to apartment homes as required
- clean kitchen and dining areas promptly after service
- communicate effectively with residents, guests, and team members
