Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years old
  • Two years of food service experience in a casual dining environment or related experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to work Saturdays from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of background check and drug screen

Job Qualifications

  • Two years of food service experience in a casual dining environment or related experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks
  • Experience with operating a POS system
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Prepare and sell a variety of coffee drinks
  • Follow recipes and preparation techniques for espresso, café latte, cappuccino and other types of coffee drinks
  • Prepare foods such as sandwiches, pizzas and salads
  • Prepare grab & go items such as sandwiches, salads and various snack items
  • Operate POS system to process orders and charge accounts
  • Maintain cleanliness of the Bistro and work areas throughout the day
  • Wash and sanitize Bistro dishes
  • Sanitize work areas, utensils and equipment
  • Ensure compliance of food safety and handling policies
  • Maintain inventories by ensuring coffee bean and brewing supplies are replenished
  • Assist with ordering inventory by monitoring supplies and equipment
  • Notify Executive Chef of expected shortages
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested
