Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- two years of food service experience in a casual dining or related environment
- high school diploma or GED
- ability to work Saturdays from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm
- ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis

- ability to operate POS systems
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards

- basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Prepare and sell a variety of coffee drinks
- follow recipes and preparation techniques for espresso, cafe latte, cappuccino and other types of coffee drinks
- prepare foods such as sandwiches, pizzas and salads
- prepare grab and go items such as sandwiches, salads, various snack items
- operate POS (point-of-sale) system to process orders and charge accounts
- maintain cleanliness of the Bistro and work areas throughout the day
- wash and sanitize Bistro dishes
- sanitize work areas, utensils and equipment
- ensure compliance of food safety and handling policies
- maintain inventories by ensuring coffee bean and brewing supplies are replenished
- assist with ordering inventory by monitoring supplies and equipment
- notify Executive Chef of expected shortages
- perform other duties as assigned or requested
