Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- fluency in Spanish
- prior experience in a reception or administrative role
- proficiency with Microsoft Office

Job Duties
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
- return messages and relay accurate information to appropriate staff
- greet and assist clients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate staff or resources
- maintain appointment calendars for Immigration Legal Services staff, schedule and confirm appointments
- handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- assist with office logistics, including ordering supplies and supporting CIRI events as needed
- perform general administrative duties such as scanning, filing, and maintaining office organization
