Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • fluency in Spanish
  • prior experience in a reception or administrative role
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to multitask efficiently

Job Duties

  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
  • return messages and relay accurate information to appropriate staff
  • greet and assist clients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate staff or resources
  • maintain appointment calendars for Immigration Legal Services staff, schedule and confirm appointments
  • handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • assist with office logistics, including ordering supplies and supporting CIRI events as needed
  • perform general administrative duties such as scanning, filing, and maintaining office organization
