- Prior customer service experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to park cars including manual transmission
- Effective communication skills in English
- Continuous movement and full mobility during shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push or pull luggage carts up to 200 pounds

Job Duties
- Provide the pivotal first impression, setting the tone for the guest experience
- Valet park guest vehicles
- Extend a genuinely friendly welcome to arriving guests
- Help with doors and luggage, guiding guests to the front desk
- Assist guests to their rooms and offer tips about the property and room amenities
- Respond helpfully to guest questions about the property, getting around and nearby happenings
- Help guests with special requests, room deliveries, and transportation arrangements
- Tidy the lobby and public areas and report any repair or maintenance needs
