Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to park vehicles including manual transmission
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Physical ability to push or pull luggage carts up to 200 pounds
- Availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Ability to communicate effectively and graciously in English
- Ability to park cars including manual transmission
- Full mobility and physical stamina

Job Duties
- Provide the pivotal first impression, setting the tone for the guest experience
- Valet park guest vehicles
- Extend a genuinely friendly welcome to arriving guests
- Help with doors and luggage, guiding guests to the front desk and assisting guests to their rooms
- Offer tips about the property and room amenities
- Respond helpfully to guest questions about the property, getting around and nearby happenings
- Pitch in with special requests, room deliveries, transportation arrangements, tidying the lobby and public areas, reporting any repair or maintenance needs
