Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience as a server preferred
- excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- ability to solve problems
- ability to operate point-of-sale system
- ability to work quickly and efficiently
- organizational and time management skills
- ability to work with a team
- ability to maintain personal hygiene
- ability to work 7-day rotational schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Acknowledge and welcome each guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly greeting (use guest name whenever possible)
- take orders from guests and deliver to appropriate person to execute
- answer questions regarding the menu
- maintain knowledge of all menu items and composition
- take food and beverage orders and deliver to the kitchen
- deliver food, beverages, condiments and other requested items
- ensure that food is prepared correctly and to the guest's satisfaction
- return incorrect or improperly cooked items to the kitchen
- collect plates and clear table as guests finish their meal
- adhere to all applicable Colwen and brand standards for food and beverage service and compliance with state liquor policies
- clean designated areas in accordance with defined procedures
- ensure sideboards are adequately stocked
- set tables to standards, and that all items are clean and in good repair
- prepare guest checks and collect payment
- assist with other restaurant tasks such as cleaning the dining area and preparing silverware and condiments
- perform other related duties as assigned, you may be required to perform a variety or duties in multiple departments during a shift
