Job Requirements
- at least one year of bartending experience
- ability to work flexible evening hours
- legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- positive attitude and professional appearance
Job Qualifications
- minimum one year bartending experience in a high-paced environment
- previous experience in a golf or country club setting preferred
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
- strong customer service orientation
- flexible availability primarily evenings
Job Duties
- prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- provide excellent customer service with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- check identification to ensure guests meet legal drinking age requirements
- assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- handle cash and process payments accurately
- collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth service during busy periods
