Job Requirements

Prior bartending experience, preferably in event or banquet settings
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
ability to work independently and stay organized during busy events
familiarity with local alcohol service laws and safety protocols
flexible availability on weekends and evenings
must be at least 21 years of age
ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
must have ATC-approved license or willing to get one

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a fast-paced environment
manage bar inventory and prepare bar setup prior to each event
maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout the event
provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and outgoing attitude
check IDs to ensure legal drinking age compliance
handle cash, credit card, or drink ticket transactions accurately
monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service
coordinate with event planners, catering teams, and venue staff to deliver a seamless experience
follow all health and safety guidelines related to beverage service and sanitation
