Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Some bartending experience
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to obtain Alcohol Serving Permit upon date of hire
  • Knowledge of bartending and mixology
  • Basic knife skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedule and be punctual
  • Maintain personal hygiene standards in a fast paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent such as HSED or GED
  • Some bartending experience
  • Ability to obtain Alcohol Serving Permit upon date of hire
  • General knowledge of bartending and mixology along with food safety practices
  • Basic knife skills
  • Ability to maintain acceptable standards of personal hygiene while working in an intense and fast paced environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and show up in a timely manner
  • Must be 21 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Provide high quality guest service while enforcing policies and safety
  • Ensure guests have a positive, memorable experience
  • Assist with bar set-up and close-down plans including cash close-out
  • Maintain standards ensuring consistent presentation, aesthetics of setting and quality of beverage service
  • Attend beer, wine, and spirits trainings
  • Handle commercial kitchen equipment and tools safely
  • Communicate effectively with team members and guests
