Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some bartending experience
- 21 years of age or older
- Ability to obtain Alcohol Serving Permit upon date of hire
- Knowledge of bartending and mixology
- Basic knife skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule and be punctual
- Maintain personal hygiene standards in a fast paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent such as HSED or GED
- Some bartending experience
- Ability to obtain Alcohol Serving Permit upon date of hire
- General knowledge of bartending and mixology along with food safety practices
- Basic knife skills
- Ability to maintain acceptable standards of personal hygiene while working in an intense and fast paced environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and show up in a timely manner
- Must be 21 years of age or older
Job Duties
- Provide high quality guest service while enforcing policies and safety
- Ensure guests have a positive, memorable experience
- Assist with bar set-up and close-down plans including cash close-out
- Maintain standards ensuring consistent presentation, aesthetics of setting and quality of beverage service
- Attend beer, wine, and spirits trainings
- Handle commercial kitchen equipment and tools safely
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests
