Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Some bartending experience
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to obtain Alcohol Serving Permit upon date of hire
  • General knowledge of bartending and mixology
  • Knowledge of food safety practices
  • Basic knife skills
  • Ability to maintain acceptable standards of personal hygiene
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Ability to show up in a timely manner

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provides high quality guest service while enforcing policies and safety
  • Ensures guests have a positive, memorable experience
  • Assists with bar set-up/close-down plans including cash close-out
  • Maintains standards ensuring consistent presentation, aesthetics of setting and quality of beverage service
  • Attends beer, wine, and spirits trainings
