Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Some bartending experience
21 years of age or older
Ability to obtain Alcohol Serving Permit upon date of hire
General knowledge of bartending and mixology
Knowledge of food safety practices
Basic knife skills
Ability to maintain acceptable standards of personal hygiene
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Ability to show up in a timely manner

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Provides high quality guest service while enforcing policies and safety
Ensures guests have a positive, memorable experience
Assists with bar set-up/close-down plans including cash close-out
Maintains standards ensuring consistent presentation, aesthetics of setting and quality of beverage service
Attends beer, wine, and spirits trainings
