Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending experience
- knowledge of bar operations and cocktail recipes
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift 50 lbs
- legal age to serve alcohol

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent service
- prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with recipes and standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- monitor guests to ensure safe alcohol consumption
- handle transactions accurately and responsibly
- help create a welcoming and upbeat environment for all patrons
- perform any other duties as directed by Food and Beverage Director
