Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous bartending experience
  • knowledge of bar operations and cocktail recipes
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to lift 50 lbs
  • legal age to serve alcohol

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience required
  • knowledge of popular cocktails and bar techniques
  • excellent communication and customer service skills
  • ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
  • flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors
  • must be able to lift 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and provide excellent service
  • prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with recipes and standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • monitor guests to ensure safe alcohol consumption
  • handle transactions accurately and responsibly
  • help create a welcoming and upbeat environment for all patrons
  • perform any other duties as directed by Food and Beverage Director
