Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Bartending training and certification
- TIPS certification
- Minimum six months bartending experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to lift 20 to 40 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Ability to bend, kneel, and maneuver in tight spaces
- Must be able to read records and special requests
- Proficient in multitasking and following verbal and written English instructions
- Strong communication skills
- Physically capable of prolonged standing and carrying tasks
Job Qualifications
- Bartending training and certification
- TIPS certified
- At least six months bartending experience
- Must be 21 years of age or older to serve alcoholic beverages
- Ability to operate a cash register and accurately count cash
- Excellent multitasking skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in busy environments
- Ability to use tact and understanding in customer service interactions
Job Duties
- Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
- Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner
- Ring guest checks, collect cash and process credits and room charges in the exact manner outlined by company policies and procedures
- Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists
- Know and comply with state liquor laws
- Ensure established pars are maintained
- Perform all sidework duties according to sidework schedules
