Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Bartending training and certification
  • TIPS certification
  • Minimum six months bartending experience
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capability to lift 20 to 40 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and maneuver in tight spaces
  • Must be able to read records and special requests
  • Proficient in multitasking and following verbal and written English instructions
  • Strong communication skills
  • Physically capable of prolonged standing and carrying tasks

Job Qualifications

  • Bartending training and certification
  • TIPS certified
  • At least six months bartending experience
  • Must be 21 years of age or older to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to operate a cash register and accurately count cash
  • Excellent multitasking skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in busy environments
  • Ability to use tact and understanding in customer service interactions

Job Duties

  • Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
  • Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner
  • Ring guest checks, collect cash and process credits and room charges in the exact manner outlined by company policies and procedures
  • Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists
  • Know and comply with state liquor laws
  • Ensure established pars are maintained
  • Perform all sidework duties according to sidework schedules
