Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience
- Current Food Handler's Permit
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- Ability to carry or lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Capability to bend, twist and climb stairs
- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Ability to think on your feet and work calmly under pressure

- Knowledge of local food and beverage offerings
Job Duties
- Demonstrate and promote a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus and promotions
- Know the ins and outs of making a creative and tasty drink
- Understand when it's okay to chat with guests and when you should be invisible
- Serve snacks or food items to guests seated at the bar
- Prepare and mix cocktails and beverages according to standard recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately
