Job Requirements
- Prior bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of liquor types and drink recipes
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems such as MICROS
- Ability to manage cash accurately
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Available to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays

- Ability to work in high pressure and fast paced situations
- Willingness to work varying schedules including nights weekends and holidays
- Enjoy working as part of a team providing great guest experiences
Job Duties
- Efficiently maintain bar supplies including preparation of daily requisition as necessary
- Be completely familiar with different kinds of liquor recipes and prices of drinks proper glassware used for each recipe as well as garnishes needed
- Know drink recipes prices and type of beverages available
- Be familiar with accurate cash handling procedures including proper discounting MICROS system or registers bank procedures and tip policies
- Accurately charge guests for drinks and handle all monetary intake
- Anticipate guest needs respond promptly and acknowledge all guests maintaining positive guest relations
- Resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction
- Be formally trained regarding liquor liability within 30 days of employment and every 2 years thereafter
