Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
minimum of 2 years bartending experience in a high-volume bar environment
at least 1 year of experience in a high-end restaurant
strong knowledge of wine and spirits
proactive approach to greeting and welcoming guests
understanding of food presentation and quality standards
exceptional guest service and resolution skills
sense of urgency and dedication to efficiency without compromising quality
ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
initiative to address and resolve guest concerns independently

Job Qualifications

At least 2 years bartending experience in a high-volume bar environment
minimum of 1 year experience in a high-end restaurant
strong knowledge of wine and spirits
proactive approach to greeting and welcoming guests
understanding of food presentation and quality standards
exceptional guest service and resolution skills
ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
initiative to address and resolve guest concerns independently
preferred 4 or more years of bartending experience in a high-end restaurant setting
preferred 1 or more years experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel or resort
familiarity with Forbes standards
completion of alcohol awareness training such as RVP or TIPS

Job Duties

Deliver exceptional guest service to all patrons
mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, adhering to standard recipes
demonstrate a strong understanding of traditional cocktails, specialty drinks, wines, spirits, and beers
interact with guests at the bar and cocktail stations, answering questions and taking drink orders
maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including setup and breakdown
restock supplies and alcohol items, ensuring a well-stocked bar
manage cash drawer and handle cash transactions effectively
engage in meaningful conversations with guests, providing exemplary service
