Job Requirements
- 2-3 years bartending experience
- Relevant bartending certifications (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) are preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage preparation
- Ability to operate a POS system
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Positive attitude and professionalism

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity
- Craft signature cocktails and manage inventory to ensure all ingredients are fresh and available
- Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and popular beverage recipes
- Greet members and their guests warmly, offering personalized service and accommodating special requests
- Engage with members to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere, enhancing their overall experience
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Monitor and manage bar supplies, including stocking as necessary
- Perform opening and closing duties and ensuring the bar area is prepared for the next shift
- Work closely with fellow staff members to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay informed about club policies and updates
