Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Minimum one year experience in guest service
- Ability to obtain a Class 12 Mixologist permit
- Ability to obtain a Food Handler permit
- Ability to obtain a Class II gaming license
- Must pass NRWC pre-employment testing
- Basic math skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work within time constraints and follow directions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to remain calm and professional
- Ability to work with diverse personalities
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work peak business hours
- Physical ability to bend, stoop, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Respond to guest and beverage staff requests in a timely manner
- Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service to guests
- Greet guests professionally and as individuals
- Accurately mix and serve beverages following standard drink recipes
- Manage and maintain quality, consistency, and portion control of drinks
- Process cash and credit card transactions
- Adhere to revenue handling policies
- Maintain knowledge of beverages, drink mixing, and prices
- Monitor guest needs and promptly fulfill requests
- Check identification and verify age for alcoholic beverages
- Serve alcohol responsibly and watch for signs of intoxication
- Engage guests in conversation to enhance experience
- Report guest concerns to supervisors
- Maintain safe and clean environment
- Keep proper inventory stock of supplies
- Demonstrate commitment to the organization's goals, mission, vision, and values
- Contribute to a positive team environment
- Prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Maintain accurate records
- Perform additional duties as assigned
