Job Requirements
- Active bartending license for the City of Brookfield
- Flexible work schedule
- able to work varying shifts to include holidays, weekends, and evenings
- Enthusiasm for providing personal, professional, and welcoming service to members and guests
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willing to perform other job-related duties as assigned
- Ability to work calmly, efficiently, and professionally in a sometimes busy and stressful restaurant-type setting

Job Duties
- Process and prepare beverage orders on a timely basis
- Professionally and effectively communicate with members and fellow employees
- Working knowledge of menus and point-of-sale system
- Maintain high standards of quality and sanitation
- Ensure member charges are accurate
- Assist with setting up and stocking bars, washing barware, receiving product, organizing storage areas, and any other miscellaneous duties required to maintain bar areas
