Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of bartending experience preferred
- Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit if applicable
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- legal age to serve alcohol as per jurisdiction
- fluent in English
- strong knowledge of drink recipes and bar terminology
Job Qualifications
- Prefer 1 year of bartending experience
- possess a Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
- demonstrate knowledge of drink recipes and wine merchandising
- have excellent customer service and communication skills
- fluently read, write and speak English
- understand drink service and bar terminology
- meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Craft and serve a variety of drinks to guests
- provide exceptional customer service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
- engage with guests to create a memorable experience
- comply with all health and safety regulations
- operate within the legal age requirements for alcohol service
