Job Requirements

At least 21 years of age
proven working experience as a bartender
minimum two years full-service bartending experience preferred
knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
computer literacy desirable
positive attitude and excellent communication skills
ability to maintain cleanliness and organization of bar
availability to work mornings, nights, and weekends
pass criminal background check

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age
must have proven working experience as a bartender
minimum 2 years full-service bartending experience preferred

computer literacy, Toast POS system knowledge a plus
positive attitude and excellent communication skills
ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
must be able to work morning/nights and weekends
must pass criminal background check

Job Duties

Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
plan and present bar menu
check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
comply with all food and beverage regulations
