Job Requirements

Minimum high school diploma, GED or equivalent
Previous experience as a bartender or barback
Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
Certifications as required by Federal, State, or Local agencies
Must pass a pre-employment background check

Job Duties

Greet guests in a friendly, courteous and attentive manner
Serve food and drinks for guests using suggestive selling techniques
Have a thorough knowledge of menus and applicable specials
Ring drink orders into computer immediately, collect money from guests
Prepare garnishments for drinks
Be able to operate the hotel computer system, Micros
Perform opening and closing procedures along with side work as assigned
