Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in bartending
- Ability to prepare 10-15 common drinks
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Commitment to following company policies and safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 1 year of related bartending experience
- Knowledge of common drink recipes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
- No supervisory experience required
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve the 10-15 most common drinks
- Build and maintain relationships with guests and hotel staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure safety
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately
- Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service
- Participate in creating a welcoming and memorable guest experience
