Job Requirements
- Availability Thursday through Sunday
- ability to work 3-5 shifts per week
- experience in coffee preparation or barista role preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to handle high-stress situations calmly
- strong customer service orientation

Job Duties
- Help to maintain positive staff morale
- ensure excellence in coffee preparation and customer experience
- participate in store development
- stay knowledgeable about products
- perform standard bar operation during 3-5 shifts each week
- perform close/open procedures
- consistently and efficiently prepare excellent quality beverages
- provide genuine, quality customer service and foster a welcoming and pleasant cafe environment
- maintain a well organized and clean cafe
